I get asked the question, “Why am I paying for…” You know, “I bought 1,000 books and you delivered 1,050. You know, why do I have to pay for the extras?” Well, that, you know, is back…again, you flip the sheet over that they’ll trade customs on the printer and you’re signing the contract, saying that you’re going to buy plus or minus either 5% or 10%, depending upon who the printer is and it’s because it’s not…you know, the printing press isn’t like a Coca Cola machine where you put a dollar and you can get a Coke out, OK? You got…you know, you buy…they buy materials based on the quantity that you’re trying to purchase. Sometimes they run extra efficiently and they have extras. Other times they run a little bit short. If they deliver plus or minus, that 5% or 10%, depending upon what your quote says, that’s full…you know, that’s considered full quantity, OK, and you’ll be charged for overs and you’ll be credited for unders.
